With fresh water supplies diminishing and demand growing at an accelerating rate the economics of the good ol' water seems to have assumed more importance than ever. The Income- Leisure Tradeoff is simply the tradeoff that all workers have to make between Leisure that generates utility and Income that allows the individual to purchase goods and services.
